She and her family lived, in Tampa, down the street from us. Leta and my mother were good friends, and used to antique together. I used to model for her shop, a children's clothing store called The Owl and the Pussycat! My Mother still has newspaper cuttings of me modeling at the zoo! I have been in this shop several times and, just like your photo's, everything in it is too die for! I know both Sally and Elizabeth went on to become designer's as well. Their rooms, growing up, were adorable...and Leta was so much fun! I can't tell if she is the one sitting down, or that is your Mother, or wearing the hat? What a fun post, thank you!
