RIP
Hachette Filipacchi Media’s Home magazine was treading water for a while and its last issue to run will be October, WWD reported this past Thursday. In addition, Conde Nasts's title Vogue Living will be "scaling back", which seems to be code for closing. Or, perhaps this means skipping the fall 09 issue due to the ad climate, leaving us in great anticipation for Spring 2009.

Oh no! While I can't say I am a fan of Home magazine, I do love Vogue Living and am very sad to hear they may be going the way of House&Garden and BluePrint. We can't keep losing our great design magazines! I think Florida Inside Out (the best design magazine in Fla.) has already or will be shutting down too - haven't been able to find out yet.
