It's the most wonderful time of the year!
I am feeling bah humbug-ish, not at all fa la la. Since the New York weather has been downright balmy up until recently, I have had a hard time getting into the holiday spirit. Now that the crisp cool winds are blowing and glittering white lights are everywhere, I am embracing the Christmas yuletide. Sending invitations and holiday cards through the mail takes time and planning, so this year, I am turning to Paperless Post, to zoom my festive feelings from outbox to inbox. They have free cards and invites with style to spare, and it will look as though you toiled over the process. And yes, I did say free.
Now, I can spend that saved time on my gift guide. See, it all works out with a little planning. If only!

Aside from all their terrific designs Paperless Post is a standout example of innovative and amazing entrepreneurship by some people barely out of college when the company was formed. Some readers may find the following NY Times article as interesting as I did. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/06/11/fashion/11post.html
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, and those cards are beautiful!

ReplyDeleteWonderful post! Now I am going to read the Times article referred to by Mr. Howard! Happy Holidays, all!
ReplyDeletePaperless post does such a great job with their cards/invites...they truly are beautiful. I even know a super chic city gal who is super "green" too, who did paperless post for her wedding. I first I thought "oh my goodness," but then I realized it is who she is...efficient, mindful of the environment and beautiful. Great post on paperless post!
ReplyDeleteYes, I just discovered this site a few weeks ago! It is wonderful indeed. We are doing a big mailing, with custom cards, to go out tomorrow!
