NATURAL SELECTION: RO SHAM BEAUX LIGHTING

Utilizing natural materials, Charleston, South Carolina-based Ro Sham Beaux lighting combines hemp and beading in classic forms. The mixed materials and newly adapted shapes provide a fresh option for casual spaces. I recently saw their new designs at the NY Gift Show and here are the pieces that caught my eye.

A new design with coral bead swags wrapped in hemp.

A twine wrapped chandelier with circular base.

Like a Neo-Empire chandelier, Frankie Malibu is reinterpreted in hemp and turquoise beads with circular detailing.

Malibu, with colorful rows of turquoise beading.

A long and narrow version of Malibu with white beading.

The Drake sconce in white string with a brass back plate has a deco look to it.

Gail, a hanging round pendant with a bird's nest overlay of interlocking metal strands has a minimalist sensibility.

Interwoven Myrtle branches make this a rustic country-chic charmer.

  2. Do you know if these are available to the trade only? Or can us lowly mortals purchase them? I have been searching for wall scones for my library, and the Drake scones are IT...gorgeous.
