Taking to the showrooms at this year's spring High Point Furniture Market, color was in the air. Everywhere I turned, blues, greens and multicolored prints dominated. I saw unique silhouettes, in addition to well-scaled pieces and light wood finishes. Comfort was key, and personality pieces reigned supreme. My trip was made possible by Lexington Home Brands, my High Point Market sponsor. Here is a first look at what caught my still-tired eyes.
A sleek mid century modern chest with brass linear pulls from Lexington Home Brands is great for urban dwellers
Ooh lala orange
A joyous Lee Jofa oversized floral print on a shelter chair from Lilly Furniture
A fire engine red hanging light from Currey and Company would look great over a kitchen island

A bold red zigzag flat weave carpet from Surya designed by Jill Rosenwald

Small drinks tables in shiny lacquers from Beeline in Skittles colors

Need storage? A red lacquer cabinet with endless drawers, cool brass pulls and feet from Lexington Home Brands

Got a hankering for geometrics? Lexington Home Brands Bunching Cubes with inside storage accessed through a swinging door
