DO YOU HAVE A GURU? SERENA AND LILY HAS THEIRS!

How cool it was to be selected as a style guru by Serena and Lily. They asked bloggers and overall style setters to show how they would make their bed with S and L, utilizing their neat new techy scheme tool, Make Your Bed. Have fun envisioning your bed and all the possibilities. It's kinda cool to play with and imagine.
So, what would you do?

MY PICKS:

The glossy white rattan Cassia Bed with circle fretwork detailing.

Berry Border Frame Duvet, Standard Shams and Euros with a pop of pink are just my style.

Pairing the pink with a soft grass green Trellis Sheets provides just the right amount of preppy without going overboard. The trellis is my all-time favorite pattern for it's tight geometric, linear aspects.

Like a classic white button down, a cotton blanket on a summer bed never goes out of style. In case the AC needs to be on high because of a permanent heatwave, the Herringbone Blanket is a necessity.

Throw pillows make the bed come together with a final statement of color or texture. Their trellis Leaf Diamond Throw Pillow reminds of classic Parish Hadley dining rooms and sun rooms in Palm Beach. It can perform double duty on the sofa.

With ample storage, the Overland Cross Table and it's British Colonial details are great for a summer setting. The light teak complements the white headboard in a crisp fresh way.

For a spot to place clothing, blankets and books I like the look of 2 benches at the base of the bed. The Parker X-Bench, a David Hicksian classic is fully upholstered for added coziness.
