Exotic Suzani and paisley fabrics in rich reds and browns have become signature elements in LA designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard's interiors. His style is one of a kind. The mix is part of the mastery. Being able to share his perspective led him to create a line of furniture and fabrics that captures the relaxed global look he does so well. He creates lush spaces that are filled with unique and diverse pieces of furniture, in painted and aged finishes, with Moroccan tiles and burnished metal lighting. By combining Turkish, Ottoman, Indian, and Moroccan finds, he creates a distinct cultural mix, that attracts a global clientele. Exotic woods, turned legs and inlays are used in his work, and this line offers his eclectic take to a wider audience. His work, furniture and fabric shown below tie it all together.

A cozy living room with deep reds, great modern artwork and free flowing panel curtains. His spaces are anything but stuffy.
Unusual shapes mix and mingle with tropical plants and pillar candles, setting the tone for an intimate party.
Stripes are a great choice when doing a tented room. For high drama, he covered every surface in bold red and white stripes, and added an ebony Lisbon bed from his collection.
By now you see how Bullard uses statement beds to great effect. Mixing grand European furniture, rich tapestries and an oriental rug, he creates a Grand Tour look. Using a dresser as a nightstand is a good idea to create extra storage, and adds a bigger surface for a lidded Chinese jar and decorative objects.
Exotic is the buzzword at this small dinner. A large lantern above the table and scattered tapers add moody lighting to a room dominated by red, which looks great by candle light. The patterned walls are toned down and grounded by the dark wood furniture.
Take me there! A summery living room in tones of blue and white is just what you want in an island paradise. A long built in sofa stretches the length of the room to capitalize on the view, and rustic tables and stools further the casual feel. You can wear a bathing suit and sarong in this room and feel at home.
MLB FURNITURE

The Jaipur Bed in faux ivory makes a glamorous daybed for lounging. The canopy swathed in fabric would add to the allure.
The Fatima Mirror has a thick carved wood frame with a star pattern. The graphic motif will liven up a living room, and will work well hung in clusters of 4.
The Tangiers Side Table with faux ivory inlay is a personality piece. The pop of ivory and painted trim have a Moroccan flair.
