WHAT'S NEW WITH MEG BRAFF? WALLPAPERS!

Photos courtesy of Meg Braff
Channeling classic 1970's and 80's patterns, Meg Braff Designs has recently launched a fantastic collection of wallpapers. The New York and Long Island - based interior designer has become known for her neo trad, comfortable and polished interiors with pops of color and crisp white in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Jamaica and other tropical locales. With an eye on the past and fresh colors for today, Meg designed a line with every style derivation in mind. Classic, new traditional, Palm Beach regency, 70's Palm Springs and Newport cottage modes of design are all covered. I show a pretty thorough selection, but that is because I just could not hold back. Take your pick- your powder room and closet walls will thank you!

Up a Tree in ming on turquoise has a color scheme I love.

Up a Tree in ming can read red or coral based on what you pair it with.

Up a Tree in gold aubergine has a sophisticated, art deco vibe.

Up a tree in coral on aqua is perfect for warmer climes.

Arbour in steel can go deco or chinoiserie.

Arbour in silver

Meadow Reed in white on citron has the 1980's feel of a classic Bob Collins paper.

Meadow Reed in coral would be my pick.

Meadow Reed in aqua

Sporting D'Ete in snowpea takes the palm tree and gives it some zing.

Picwic in aqua is another favorite for it's hand drawn bamboo detailing.

Sasa in robin's egg can go nautical or zen Japanese.

Sasa in celery

Costa del Sol in steel blue is a charming print with an easy - to use - anywhere small repeat.

Costa del Sol in peony

Costa del Sol in indian red

Sampan in ming on silver packs a bamboo Hollywood glam punch.

Nanking Stripe in ming for the trad classicist.

Nanking Stripe in iznik

Little Egypt in vermillion would look wonderful in an historical setting.

Little Egypt in iznik

Kikki in indian red has a graphic mod sensibility.

Grille of Kells in steel blue for a den that wants to go disco.

Grille of Kells in Pistachio

Grille of Kells in blush

Ferns in greens on white would work well in a sunroom.

Beverly Hills in linen will make it easy to channel the famed Polo Lounge at home.

Endura in leaf has a dragged paint effect that can look faux bois or serenely zen.

Endura in cornflower

Castilia in white on mylar for island chic tropical.

Flambe in truffle is an explosion of pattern.

Brighton Your Pavillion in silver takes bamboo and fretwork to a whole new level.
