HOLLYWOOD STYLE: LCDQ DESIGNER WINDOW VIGNETTES

When designers were asked to create window vignettes around movies and tv shows, the creativity level was cranked up several notches. The designers were paired with stores along La Cienega Boulevard bringing their creations to life. Elle Decor teamed up with LCDQ to celebrate the Legends of La Cienega and it's Hollywood history. Stroll the boulevard at night to see the magic.



To Catch A Thief plays out in Therien's window by David Phoenix.


Peter Gurski and Melinda Ritz channel B&W Classics at Scalamandre.


Dangerous Liaisons with turquoise walls at Reborn by Tim Corrigan.



You could step onset at Mad Men at Paul Marra by Amy Wells.

Breakfast at Tiffany's with Cat at Navona by Richard Hallberg.



A Single Man glamorously covered at Nanz/Remains by Amy Mann.



James Bond's Goldfinger lives at Mecox as created by James Radin.



Melee ensues with The Hangover from Warner Bros. 2009 at Marge Carson by Danielle Berman.



The creepy A Clockwork Orange at Lee Stanton by Jane Hallworth.



Fox's hot Glee at Jamal's by Barbara Munch.



Hollywood at Home by dark.



Cult hit Grey Gardens overgrown and unkempt eery garden by Kathleen Clements at Hollywood at Home.



The new Hollyhock showroom at night.



Peter Dunham created an exotic yet warm bedroom with A Passage To India.



His fabrics work well together, providing a patina of age.


Pillow Talk window with black and white floor and paneled walls at Gray Morell by Sheldon Harte.

Cold nights in Russia came to life in the Dr. Zhivago window by Dayna Lee at George Smith.

The window display at Dragonette by Melissa Levander honoring Romantic/Musical Comedies of the 50's & 60's, complete with zebra rug and period pieces.


Oh the miles yet to cover.... Lawrence of Arabia at Compas by Philip Nimmo.


The architect's tome The Fountainhead is brought to life in Oliver Furth's homage.


The Woodson & Rummerfield window at Baker by honoring Auntie Mame with glamour and an unbelievable mural of that make-an- entrance great staircase.



The Big Bang Theory window with unusual orange chairs and giant print at Todd Hase.
