Oh boy what a fabulous post!

I love it all but I gotta say, my heart leaped when I saw the Z Gallerie Hollywood Regency-esque unbrellas.

Then I had the reality check, uh- I live in the North East. It rains here. It'd go from white to Gray in a week.

Sigh- Enjoy the brolly California. I'll be sticking with my striped pottery barn one.

Really though, I loved this post. What great pieces.

Beautiful post! We love to entertain outside in the spring and fall. Unfortunately summer is too hot, and the mosquitoes too plentiful!

Love the pagoda umbrella...Anthropologie has an amazing umbrella. I ordered it before measuring and had to cancel the order. Makes me sad!

Those glasses from Pier 1...WOW. I saw an open-shelved kitchen styled with wicker-esque glasses a few weeks ago and didn't think I'd ever see them in my price range. Thanks!
